I'm having trouble removing unwanted printers from Windows 10 Devices and Printers. When I right click on the printer icon, "Remove Device" has a shield next to it. When I click on "Remove Device", I receive a pop-up message that reads "This Operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator".
